    Mr. Hamad Deeb took care of me and he's beyond amazing. Car shopping can take hours and not only he took a great care of me, he made sure both of my kids were comfortable, entertained, and happy. As a mother of small children, this means a lot and I can highly recommend this branch, Mr. Hamad and his service, and ofcourse the car he offered me.     Super happy with the purchase of my new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid at DCH Honda. I purchased my second Honda Accord from DCH Honda. Previously purchased 2018 Accord Sport and had great overall experience with the car and the dealer so went back to purchase a 2024 Accord Hybrid. I researched the Accord car models and local dealerships for a few months. I really loved my 2018 Accord Sport so was in no hurry to make a new purchase. Decided to upgrade from Sport trim to Touring. I got quotes from a few dealerships and DCH Honda's was surprisingly among the lowest. I figured I would go in and check out the car and walk if the dealer jacked up the out the door price with nonsense dealer mark ups. Would be happy to keep my 2018 for another year and bank car payments. I was shocked that I was able to get the car for the promised offer with no BS. Sure they offered some extra options like lifetime oil changes and other things I did not want but I was able to remove those from the deal. No arbitrary dealer mark up. I got a fair deal for my trade in. Competitive with Carvana's offer. Dennis Estrada was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to deal with. There was a software issue affecting all dealers which slowed the buying process at the dealership but Dennis Estrada kept me updated and it wasn't too bad. Overall the process was fantastic. I would recommend DCH Honda based upon my experience. Super happy with my new Accord. It was tough parting with my 2018 but the 2024 Accord is amazing. Love it. Super happy with the purchase process. Thanks!!!
